How long does the refund process take?

Refunds are processed after inspection and usually completed within 5–7 working days.

Are prescription medicines returnable?

Prescription medicines are only returnable in case of wrong or damaged items, as per safety regulations.

Can I return a product?

Yes, products can be returned if they are unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our mistake.
